The Black Sheep Boy

How Mary Frampton got him to meet Tim Hardin back in 1975. She was good friends with him and also Twiggy who later on became buddies with Frank.

We put a band together at The Other End. Owner Paul Colby was managing Tim (if Tim could ever be managed). We rehearsed for 10 hours or so and played three nights sold out at The Other End. Thats when I met Ian Hunter and Mick Ronson
of Mott The Hoople.
Thats also when Tim Hardin asked Frank to play with him on Phil Ochs memorial at The Felt Forum.

Here's an attached song he wrote about Tim called 'Black Sheep Boy'.
